What does EPO mean?
A plan type that generally covers care only inside its network except for emergencies.
Illustration — not a plan price
An EPO may allow direct access to an in-network specialist while excluding non-emergency out-of-network care.
The actual plan document controls. Verify its definitions, network, exclusions, dates, and amounts before relying on the illustration.
Definitions here are never for sale — no plan is recommended on a comprehension page.
