What does Pre-Existing Condition mean?
A health condition present before new coverage begins. ACA-compliant plans cannot deny enrollment or charge more because of it.
Illustration — not a plan price
Ordinary network, coverage, and medical-necessity rules can still apply even though the condition itself cannot change the premium.
The actual plan document controls. Verify its definitions, network, exclusions, dates, and amounts before relying on the illustration.
Definitions here are never for sale — no plan is recommended on a comprehension page.
